* Ready to eat Breakfast Cereals was the greatest food group contributor to Wholegrain intake
* At least 6 out of 10 Irish Kids are not meeting the daily Fibre recommendation of ‘age + 5g’ per day
* Consumers of wholegrain had significantly higher intakes of fibre, iron, phosphorus and magnesium in comparison to non-consumers of wholegrain.
